"We will get your money off you" .......... These are the parting and chilling words of a Seasons Holidays timeshare rep called Natalie at Clowance Timeshare Resort in Cornwall after her clients refused to be bullied and intimidated into spending £11,000 on another upgraded Seasons Holidays Membership.
Some of the witness statements we have received from Seasons timeshare members are harrowing. Bullying, threats, pressure, scare tactics and lies are just a few of the many lengths Seasons Holidays timeshare salespeople use to change and upgrade their members' existing timeshare memberships. And are asking victims to pay for the privilege!
The brazen behaviour of Seasons Holidays salespeople is typical of how timeshare companies have treated their members for many years. However, this level of misselling has usually only been associated with and isolated to countries such as Tenerife and Mainland Spain, which are outside of UK laws and regulations.
Timeshare is an unregulated industry selling unregulated products that have been vehemently mis-sold for decades. Most companies we have won compensation from have done a much better job of covering their tracks and hiding in plain sight. However, Seasons Holidays are the exception to the rule!
