Many of the hundreds of calls we get every week are either from Timeshare owners scammed by a cold caller or timeshare owners trying to get truthful information about the cold caller that has contacted them.
There is a straightforward rule to abide by when contacted out of the blue.

The only intention of ANY Timeshare Cold Caller is to take money off you for a service that is either not needed or will never be supplied. How do we know this? Every month, at least ten new claims company names pop up. The most common over the past few months is the 'Timeshare Audit Panel'.
For years, we have been helping victims recover their money from cold-calling timeshare scam companies and doing our best to publicise the dangers of doing business with cold callers. - Cold Caller already knows your details
- If it sounds too good to be true - it is
- Subjected to a lengthy Zoom call
- Process feels like a Timeshare presentation
- Asked to pay Upfront Fees
- Salesperson uses fear to convince you
- Your told that you are on a 'Timeshare Register'- there is no such thing
- You are told that debt collectors will be at your front door
- You are told that you will get back your upfront fee
- You are told that another company is part paying your upfront fee
- The marketing company is not directly regulated by the FCA or SRA.
