How to make a Safe Timeshare Claim
1. Make sure that you deal with a company that is regulated with the FCA or SRA, such as ourselves.
2. Make sure that your claim is either No Win No Fee or No Upfront Fee.
3. Always do your own research and never be influenced by cold callers.
4. Always deal with a regulated company directly and do not pay a marketing company that takes an upfront fee then passes you over to another company.
