Just a few lines to say that the service provided by National Timeshare Helpline was very good and we would recommend them to anyone and our many thanks for all your hardwork. We wish we knew about them years ago and our claims against MGM would have been resolved to our benefit not only from any financial recompense but also years of anguish pursuing MGM and other service provision companies who promised so much failing to achieve anything.

Hi Donna, I found the whole experience with National Timeshare Helpline very satisfying, they always reply to my e-mails and phone calls. The company terminated my timeshare in a very short time. I did get scammed by a British firm in spain for a large amount of money, but Caroline and the team under section 75 successfully got the money back, which a firm in Scotland failed to do. National Timeshare Helpline wanted nothing upfront - quoted all in price on completion which would take 6-8 weeks. No complicated paperwork - and completed extrication quickly and professionally. The guy Edwardo called me on Monday morning, and the first thing he said was, "Congratulations Mr Pennington on you receiving in your name 21 thousand euros. I let him waffle on about his qualifications and how l received the compensation, so I thought that I would catch him out on the scam.
I mentioned about the court hearing and that l never paid any money upfront for solicitors or lawyers. I told him that it sounded like a scam!
He said don't worry, I will send all the documentation to you in doing so, he got my email address wrong, and when I mentioned Brexit Tax, he slammed the phone down!
No documents were sent.

This company have ended all our concerns re our exit from Our Timeshare. Now we can block, say No and put phone down the phone on Scammers who say we're still "On the list". We couldn't add a review through their system but would recommend them to anyone still being hassled.

Where do i start. I got involved with x3 fraudulent so called Timeshare Terminators A.B.C.Lawyers who stole £9000 off me, and J.Foster Associates who stole £10,600 off me. You have got to trust somebody so i phoned National Timeshare Helpline , within x2 days they had a reply from the resort in Florida and about x4 weeks later i am an ex- timeshare owner. Many thanks to Sandra my case guide who gave me regular updates and to the Legal team. There claims Dept. are trying to get my money back, wish them luck. I contacted the National Timeshare Helpline because I was worried about the perpetuity clause in my Timeshare contract and all previous attempts the extricate myself from my contract had failed. I spoke to Keith on the 'phone and found him to be considerate and understanding as he talked to me about how I felt and what I wanted to achieve. He explained to me what my options were going forward and at no time tried to persuade me to enter into any contract with me. He told me that as one of my options they could extricate me from the contract within 2 months and not have to pay anything until they had completed the work. This was music to my ears as companies who had offered to do this previously had all wanted very large payments upfront. I asked Keith to begin the process and from then on the whole thing ran very smoothly. My case was allocated to Sandra who contacted me regularly to keep me updated and within just over one month she 'phoned to tell me that the process was complete. I was obviously very relieved to hear this. Throughout all my dealings with the National Timeshare Helpline I was treated with understanding and kindness.
