The Timeshare Blacklist
If you, your friends or family are considering or have done business with a timeshare exit or timeshare claims company and would like to know if they are genuine, we can help.
We send and receive evidence of timeshare fraud to authorities in order to prevent and protect British timeshare owners that could be susceptible to scams and fraud.

Timeshare Fraud is on the Increase
As of the 24th May 2023, at least 50 timeshare exit and scam companies are actively committing fraud across Spain, Tenerife and the UK. Due to the economic crisis, levels of timeshare fraud have increased, along with phishing and impersonation scams.
Our organisation has also fallen victim to criminals trying to impersonate our website and services. Due to the great work of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), this company has now been closed down.

The Blacklist of Timeshare Cold-Calling Scam Companies
Although it is tricky to keep a daily list of each and every new timeshare exit and timeshare claim scam company, we do our best! As such, if you are considering doing business with one or have already, get in touch. We will give you an evidence based answer as to whether to proceed with their offer and how to get your money back. Our Timeshare Blacklist goes back years, and more often than not, it is the same criminals behind every new scam.

5 Quick Ways to Avoid Becoming a Victim
- If you have been 'cold-called', it is a Scam.
- If you have been asked for "Upfront Fees", it is a Scam.
- Been told that you are on the 'Timeshare Register'? It is a Scam.
- Pressured into making an "On The Day" decision? It is a Scam.
- Using an unregulated company to make a claim? It is a Scam.
