Legally Cancel your Contract and Claim Compensation
Trying to justify the payment of thousands of pounds every year for a product and services that fall far below what's expected, or was initially promised, can leave a very bitter taste. And Club La Costa members are now finding their maintenance fees unpalatable and an unnecessary expense.
Club La Costa maintenance fees are expensive and do not reflect members' promised benefits. Most members cannot book a holiday through CLC and are asked to give two years' notice to obtain a week's holiday in Spain!
Legally cancelling your Club La Costa contract and claiming back your maintenance fees is a simple process that doesn't require the payment of any upfront fees. Due to the decision by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and the subsequent high court ruling on the 5th of May this year, CLC World Fractional Owners can now claim back all of their money, maintenance fees and compensation.
Despite what many scam companies will tell you, you maybe able to get out of your timeshare for free!
If you haven't paid your maintenance fees for six years or more, you do not need to pay anyone to provide you with Timeshare Exit Services. You are outside the statute of limitations, and Club La Costa or Wyndham cannot pursue you for historical maintenance fees. This tactic of scaring people into believing they have a European Debt Order against them or that the bailiffs will be turning up is a scam.
Likewise, paying upfront fees to make a Club La Costa compensation claim is also a scam, and you will lose your money. Genuine and regulated claims companies like us, will only take a success fee if we win.

Making a successful claim with us could have the following results
1. A full refund of all money paid to the finance company.

6. Outstanding and future maintenance fees written off.
