Are they fed up with the service you are receiving from Club La Costa? If so, you are not alone. In recent developments, members have been unable to log into their online accounts or contact customer services by phone. Thousands of members are now rushing to get their money back and cancel their loans and maintenance fee contracts. Since the liquidation of Club La Costa and takeover by Wyndham, claims against Club La Costa as an entity are no longer possible. The only way to cancel your finances and get your money back is by claiming against the finance company that funded your purchase. Shawbrook Bank, Barclays Partner Finance and Hitachi are the three main banks responsible for compensation payments.

If you took out a loan with any of the above banks (extensive list below), you are protected by the Consumer Credit Act. If you qualify, we can claim your money back through your finance company. It isn't an automatic right of recourse; however, due to the final decision made by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and ratification of said judgement by the UK High Court on the 5th of May 2023, Fractional members have the law on their side. Compensating Banks are Barclays Partner Finance, Shawbrook Bank, Hitachi, Novuna, First Holiday Finance, Honeycomb Finance, Oplo, Tandem and Link Financial. We provide a 100% No Upfront Fee claim service, as such, you pay us nothing unless we win.

If you are a Club La Costa Fractional Points members, below is what you can expect to receive from a successful claim.
- Outstanding finance written off.
- A full refund of all money paid.
- Compensation of 8% per year.
- Maintenance fee refund.
- Membership cancelled.
