Have you received a letter or phone call from Seasons Holidays trying to arrange an urgent meeting in Bristol regarding your Seasons Keys Membership? If so, beware!
We have now spoken to hundreds of victims who have reported the purpose behind this meeting. Don't be surprised that it isn't good news—after all, it's timeshare!
Salespeople employed by Seasons Holidays PLC are trying to scare members into believing that their Keys memberships are worthless, will not be resold, and maintenance fees will soon need to be paid.

It isn't the first time Seasons Holidays Timeshare members have been subjected to scare tactics. In fact, most Keys members only upgraded from their traditional Seasons timeshares to fractional because Seasons salespeople leveraged them into worrying about their long-term maintenance commitments. Companies such as Club La Costa and Diamond Resorts Fractional members have also used this tactic. Attendees of the Seasons meeting in Bristol are subjected to a typical timeshare presentation, this time being scared into believing that there is little chance that the Keys membership will be resold and that maintenance fees of an average of £1000 per year will payable indefinitely and passed onto families of the deceased unless they take the new deal.

Seasons timeshare victims, many of whom are elderly, once suitably scared by Seasons salespeople with a preferable gun to their head, are given the option of paying anywhere between 6 to 12 thousand pounds for a new 49-day product that lasts a further 7 years to avoid being stuck with their existing timeshare and pending maintenance fees.
Timeshare companies across the world have taken advantage and mis-sold consumers for years. Our work is helping victims claim back what is rightfully theirs. Timeshare fraud is commonplace but been covered up with the help of many mainstream banks who stand to lose millions of pounds in compensation payments.
