We have been helping victims of timeshare scams, fraud, and misselling for many years, and it is hard to think back to a time when we saw such a clear-cut case of false misrepresentation. In many of the timeshare compensation claims we have taken on over the years, our claimants were often unsure exactly what had happened to them and what rule breaches had occurred.
However, in the case of Seasons Holidays PLC, members seem well aware that what they have been sold and told is the opposite to what it says in their contracts and what they were led to believe. As a further insult to their members intelligence, Seasons sales representatives are now trying to cover up the cover up by asking for more money to get them out of a timeshare that wasn't sold as a timeshare!

The Curious Case of the Missing Paperwork!
What has happened to Keys members' paperwork and purchase documents? Marketing emails sent to members say that 'they don't have your records on file,' and emails from Director Sharon Kinsella seem to suggest the same.
The 'Rules of Occupation' sent by Mrs Kinsella differ from what was provided to members when they signed up for the Keys memberships. Reading between the lines, if we are right about what happened, there could be serious consequences for the people in charge that go far beyond a simple case of misselling.
We now hold recordings of meetings at Seasons head office in Bristol, which provide us with a comprehensive evidence in relation to the misselling. If you wish to exit your Seasons contract or make a claim, we can help. Our no upfront fee service makes the process of claiming back is rightfully yours easy.
