Greed and inadequate due diligence led to British Banks such as Shawbrook Bank, Barclays Partner Finance, and Hitachi Personal Finance providing over 500 million pounds in mis-sold timeshare finance. Despite the Banks' best efforts to get away with it, justice has prevailed. Thousands of our mis-sold timeshare clients will now be refunded and compensated, and any outstanding timeshare loans will be written off.
Over the last ten years, we have submitted and won thousands of timeshare finance claims. These victories not only represent a substantial financial benefit for our clients but also an end to a nightmare that has unfortunately led to at least 26 of our clients dying whilst waiting for justice.

Shawbrook Bank is, by far, the most complained about timeshare finance lender. Shawbrook Bank provided over 100 million pounds in consumer financing for mis-sold Club La Costa Fractional Memberships. This money must now be paid back to successful claimants, along with compensation and writing off any outstanding Shawbrook loans. Shawbrook Bank is unhappy about losing their High Court Decision in May 2023 and is 'throwing their toys out of the pram!!'. However, ultimately, they must pay back mis-sold timeshare victims as the High Court upheld the Financial Ombudsman's final decision. It's remarkably embarrassing how they act and conduct themselves, which goes to show how little they care for their vulnerable, elderly and mis-sold clients.

Unlike Shawbrook Bank, Hitachi Personal Finance is complying with the decision of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and subsequent High Court Decision and is actively settling payments through us for our affected Club La Costa timeshare victims.
Barclays Partner Finance, to their credit, is also settling our client's claims through us. Barclays began financing timeshare products long before Shawbrook and Hitachi and is well-versed in refunding mis-sold timeshare owners. Despite a slow start, Barclays has now got its internal systems in place to handle the vast number of claims that need to be settled.
