Approximately 25,000 Club La Costa and Diamond Resorts Fractional Timeshare owners are in line to receive huge compensation payouts, worth in excess of £500 million.
As widely reported in the Daily Mail, This Is Money and the Times, this long awaited success was sanctioned in the high court on the 5th of May 2023 by Mrs Justice Collins Rice.
