Was it a coincidence that your Zoom Call seemed similar to a timeshare presentation? This is because the people you have spoken to are ex-timeshare sales reps who want to steal your money! At some point during the video call, you will have been asked to pay upfront fees. You will also have been given a compelling reason why you needed to.
The scam is focused on making a timeshare compensation claim against companies such as Club La Costa (CLC World) and dangling a carrot big enough for you to hand over your money.
The company you have spoken to is unregulated by the FCA, unable to carry out its duties, and legally restricted from providing you with the service you have been convinced to pay for. Instead, the sales rep will have told you that the company dealing with your claim is a firm of solicitors in Spain!
The bait-and-switch scam means that the company you have paid absolves itself from responsibility and pockets your money. Taking advice from an unregulated company that employs ex-timeshare salespeople is a recipe for disaster.

The Safe Alternative.
Our company has successfully claimed millions of pounds in compensation payments for affected timeshare owners without taking a penny in upfront fees. As an FCA-regulated company, your claim is dealt with in-house and not passed onto a third party.
To check if you qualify for a claim, get in touch. There are no upfront fees to pay and you only pay us if we win.
