Was Landal GreenParks B.V. (UK) Ltd aware of the alleged timeshare fraud being committed by Seasons Holidays PLC before they became involved with the company? Have Hutchinson trustees breached regulations by not reporting Seasons to the authorities sooner? We have dealt with Barclays Partner Finance for years, and their reputation for providing loans for missold timeshare purchases proceeds them, so we wouldn't expect anything less from them! Ignorance isn't a defence, so what due diligence was undertaken by Seasons partners, and how could they have missed such an enormous black hole and disparity between what Seasons were promoting and selling and what members were actually receiving?

Seasons Holidays promoted a hybrid product sold to victims as non-timeshare-related, an equity share and investment. The reality was that all members actually purchased was a 'right to use' timeshare, and the purchase price was an upfront payment of sixteen years' maintenance fees, not for a partial or fractional share of an apartment. Selling a timeshare as an investment is illegal, so that was Seasons Holiday's first mistake! It's absolutely typical for timeshare companies to take advantage of their members by selling them products that fix the problems, make up problems or resolve issues associated with a product sold to them by the very same company! And guess what? Barclays Partner Finance has the funding solution!

Imagine if you bought a new car from Mercedes, owned it for a year, took the car for its regular service at the dealership, then got trapped in an office for 4 hours, put under extreme amounts of pressure and were told by a Mercedes salesperson that the engine in the new car you had just purchased from them, wasn't built correctly and the car doesn't do what you were told it would! Instead of offering to fix it and rectify their mistake, they tell you that the only solution is to pay for a new car that is guaranteed to be a better investment! And if you dared to question or disagree with what you were being told, you got your car taken away and your access to the garage suspended! You only popped by for a service! Timeshare companies don't operate like genuine companies do.

This timeshare sales tactic is known as 'planned obsolescence'. It is purely and simply a way for timeshare companies to rake in as much money as they can to spend on other projects such as 'luxury lodges' or run off into the sunset with their loot! Barclays Partner Finance has used the "throw the mud at the wall and see if it sticks" model for over twenty years, as evidenced by the millions it has already had to pay back to timeshare victims. Barclays has always used an 'out of sight, out of mind' approach regarding timeshare fraud and has always done its best to make it difficult for consumers to get justice. That's why our company has been a lifesaver for thousands of affected victims who wouldn't, without our help, have received the compensation they deserved.

We already hold several undercover recordings from their various resorts and head office, highlighting the lengths Seasons Holidays PLC and its employees are prepared to go to to deceive its members. As many of you will be aware, we have put Seasons under tremendous pressure.
As is typical of the timeshare industry, they aren't and can't defend their products and practices, so they have resorted to defamation and throwing their toys out of the pram! This is an undeniable trait of another timeshare company trying to cover up and get away with what is blatantly apparent to anyone with an ounce of common sense.

As you may have noticed over the last week, Seasons Holidays is sending out emails trying to lure their members back in by telling them that units at Forest Hills have been sold and that they can join a customer service platform to resolve complaints! This is a vain last-minute attempt at controlling the narrative. What they don't know is what's going on behind the scenes and the avalanche they are about to be hit by! If you own a Keys membership with Seasons Holidays and want to exit your contract or claim compensation, let us know.
