Have you received numerous cold calls about outstanding maintenance fee debts for a past or present Club La Costa timeshare membership?
We get over one hundred calls every month from worried Club La Costa members who have been told that their CLC memberships haven't been appropriately cancelled and that Wyndham resorts and debt collectors are actively seeking to recover these debts unless you pay more money!
The people and companies involved in this scam are part of a criminal network that spans the UK and Europe. They are currently under investigation, and several agencies are actively collecting evidence against the individuals involved.
The scam leads past and present CLC timeshare members to believe that their timeshare isn't or hasn't been cancelled properly, and unless done so, debt collectors will seek years of historical maintenance fees.
The cold caller will then try and get victims to arrange a home visit or Zoom Call with one of their gang.

Needless to say, allowing these people into your home could be dangerous and should be avoided at all costs.
If you have already paid one of these companies, we can help you get it back and check the actual status of your CLC timeshare ownership.
In most cases, people's timeshares are already cancelled. However, if you do need to legally terminate your timeshare, we can do this without the payment of any upfront fees.
