Seasons Holidays is sending the below email to their members to encourage them to make appointments to discuss the sale of their Keys Fractional memberships.
"As we are nearing completion of several properties, it is crucial that we have your relevant paperwork on file. Our records indicate that we do not have this documentation; as we do not have your paperwork, we will be unable to distribute any funds to you, nor will you be eligible for the Alternative product ( a further term of holidays), which is subject to approval and availability."

However, according to the many Seasons members we have spoken to, this meeting is nothing more than an attempt to upgrade members to another product, such as a £45,000 lodge at Slaley Hall or a £12,000 49-night, 7-year keys membership.
The tactic used by Season's salespeople, which breaches the 2008 misselling regulations, is to scare Keys members into believing that despite what it says in members' contracts, maintenance will now have to be paid until such time that their fractional membership is resold.

Serious breaches of contract law, timeshare regulations and consumer credit laws have meant that we have been able to help victims claim back money for their mis-sold keys memberships. Upgrading your keys membership due to being worried about future maintenance fees isn't necessary.
We provide our timeshare cancellation services and timeshare compensation claim services without you having to pay us any upfront fees. Contact us today to discuss your options.
