Following the decision from the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2021 to refund all Fractional members, Mrs Justice Collins Rice upheld this decision in the high court on the 5th May 2023. Meaning that past and present Club La Costa and Diamond Fractional members are now entitled to compensation.

Timeshare memberships were mis-sold to thousands of Club La Costa and Diamond Resorts members for the past twenty years, and it is only due to the work of our team that Fractional members now find themselves in the position to claim compensation.
