Victims were cold-called, encouraged to attend online video calls and browbeaten and deceived into believing that they were dealing with a genuine company that could resolve their timeshare problems.
The opposite is a redacted copy of another successful claim we won for our client. In this particular example, the client paid £3000 by bank transfer and £4995 by credit card. As you can see, we recovered the full amount.
