Many of the Seasons members we represent have been informed by employees of Seasons Holidays that their fractional keys memberships will not be resold, that the contract will not end, and that maintenance fees will have to be paid once the maintenance free period ends. However, this was just a timeshare in disguise, a play on words, packaged up and sold to represent something other than just a regular timeshare. The modus operandi of all timeshare companies is to keep their members on the preverbal hamster wheel of continuously finding ways to extract more money from their members, time after time, upgrade after upgrade, all in a systematic attempt to cover their tracks, fill their pockets and renege on the terms of the original mis-sold products.
