Understanding the bigger picture gives us all a deeper understanding of what is really going on with Seasons Holidays PLC. What's their plan, and why are they seemingly trying to erode any remaining trust their members had in them?
It is unfathomable to believe that Seasons Holidays' directors are unaware of the upset and chaos their company is causing its members due to misselling, broken contracts, and aggressive sales tactics. Or are these instructions coming from the top? Either way, they are playing with fire, and the net is closing in.

Seasons' current business model of extracting as much money from their owner's base as quickly as possible is unsustainable, not only because government agencies are now involved but also because Seasons Members can see straight through the smoke and mirrors manufactured for Seasons' own benefit.
In our experience, Seasons' actions mirror those of many other timeshare companies that have gone before: one last hoorah at the expense of their members, then off over the horizon, leaving the likes of Barclays Partner Finance to carry the can.

Three questions.
- Why would you trust a company that has already broken the contract you signed 16 years ago to uphold any new contract they offer?
- Why are they selling the Loyalty Nights package as a timeshare exit product when that is what was sold to you when you upgraded to the Keys membership?
- Why are they selling you a timeshare exit product when they told you the Keys membership wasn't a timeshare product?
Smell a rat? So do we!

Any timeshare company's most significant asset is its resorts. Many resort owners prioritise regaining ownership of those resorts to sell them on the open market. As many Slaley Hall members may know, Seasons Holidays has form for this.
Seasons could dissolve the owners' club and its constitution by holding the majority share. This theory would align with the aggressive nature of salespeople, making owners sign exit forms if they have managed to avoid paying anything further for an upgrade.
One thing we can be sure of is that time is of the essence.
