After receiving unprecedented requests from Seasons Holidays Keys members to help them claim back their money for their mis-sold Keys Fractional membership, we have uncovered that over ten thousand Seasons members could be affected. There are estimated to be around eighteen thousand Seasons members, and at least ten thousand of them upgraded from a standard Seasons timeshare ownership to their Fractional Keys membership. Due to the vast amount of evidence we now hold, we have yet to lose a case. Not only did Seasons Holidays lead victims to believe they were investing in a whole ownership product, but the disclosure documents related to these purchases were also misleading. Members are led to believe that they are investing in the whole ownership of a proportion of a property. Where, in fact, victims 'fractional ownership' was nothing more than a standard 'right to use' timeshare.
Seasons members are now being lured to meetings at their Bristol headquarters or another of their resorts under the impression that they will discuss the 'payout' for their fractional keys memberships. Nothing as ever as it seems when it comes to timeshare, and members are discovering that these meetings are just another attempt at upgrading members to another lodge or a 49-night package.
