Stage two of the Central Paralegals Timeshare Exit Scam.
When one scam company closes down, another one opens. In most cases, the same criminal organisation calls you back using a different personal and business name, pretending to be able to offer to 'fix' the problems caused by the previous scammers. This is a planned attack, operated by the same scammers, known as 'Recovery Room Fraud'.
Slater and Hayes is another in a long line of timeshare scam companies attempting to steal money from the elderly and vulnerable. These scam companies usually operate from apartments in Tenerife and use 'Phishing' techniques, using legitimate companies' names to hide their real identities.

Our warnings to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have been consistently ignored. They have always made light of and ignored the problems caused by the timeshare industry.
Instead, the FCA has chosen to side with the Banks and hide behind their whipping boy, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
The FCA's actions clearly demonstrate the prioritisation of Banks profits over Consumer detriment. They may not have been the cause, but their lack of action definitely fuelled the fire, and they have most definitely not been part of the solution.
Lack of action to stop timeshare fraud at the source means that it is of the upmost importance that you stay vigilant.
Never deal with cold callers, regardless of what they tell you. And if you need to exit your timeshare safely without paying upfront fees, let us know.
