It isn't only timeshare owners that receive unsolicited threats from scam companies. Yesterday we were contacted by Marcus Thornley (who provided us with a fake name), threatening to report us to the authorities because we don't take any upfront fees and are regulated by the FCA!
These threats aren't uncommon and prove that we are positively protecting timeshare owners from scams. It's nice to know we are getting under their skin and affecting their criminal operations.

Only a few months ago, we were attacked by a criminal organisation trying to impersonate our website. We reported this to the FCA, and the scam website was swiftly removed. Shortly before this, one of our employees was threatened at this house.
Despite the continuous threats, our team have continued to fight back against the timeshare scammers by producing some fantastic work that is read by thousands of people every month. We have helped prevent millions of pounds in fraud and recovered hundreds of thousands for victims.

Our free scam-checking service continues to receive hundreds of calls from worried timeshare owners who have been cold-called by criminals looking to defraud them of their money. These companies have subsequently been reported and blacklisted. The most common of which is the European Court Order scam that threatens consumers with bailiffs for outstanding maintenance fees.
We can absolutely guarantee that if you receive a cold call that has anything to do with your timeshare, it is a scam. The story you are told may be different, but the outcome is the same. You will be asked to pay upfront fees, and you will lose your money.

If someone has contacted you regarding your timeshare and offered a service that requires the payment of upfront fees, walk away. If in doubt, do nothing and never be pressured into making on-the-spot decisions.
If you need free help and guidance, get in touch. All of our services are without the payment of any upfront fees, and we will be happy to help in any way we can.
