3. Resort Properties/Silverpoint/Club Paradiso.
The modus operandi of these timeshare companies was to missell multiple weeks of timeshare as an investment, with the promise of resale. Barclays Partner Finance funded these illegally mis-sold timeshare investments. Club Paradiso was also closed down and sold off before the consumer's lease came to fruition. 4. ANFI Resorts.
Recent findings in 2023 have shown that ANFI were not regulated to provide finance facilities for the sale of their timeshares. Regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority is required to act as a credit intermediary. As such, if you purchased a timeshare at ANFI timeshare using Barclays Partner Finance, Shawbrook Bank or Hitachi Personal Finance (Novuna), get in touch to see if you qualify for a refund and compensation.

5. Heritage Resorts.
Recent findings lead us to believe that Heritage Resorts was also operating as an unregulated entity whilst providing finance through Barclays Partner Finance. If you took out a loan with Barclays Partner Finance to fund your timeshare purchase at Heritage Resorts, you could be entitled to a full refund plus compensation.

6. Azure Resorts.
If you purchased a timeshare at Azure Resorts in Malta using Vacation Finance or Honeycomb Finance and were mis-sold your timeshare as an investment, you could be entitled to a full refund plus compensation. Barclays has now settled the vast majority of Azure claims, but there are many more members that could still qualify for compensation.
