Why are Club La Costa members being asked to pay for substantial finance agreements and maintenance fees when Joe Blogs can book at any CLC resort at any time of year by simply going direct at a fraction of the cost?

The opposite image is a kick in the teeth for Club La Costa members who have paid and continue to pay tens of thousands of pounds for worthless CLC Points memberships. The image appeared whilst searching on the new Club La Costa's new direct booking site, Idiliq.

One of the most frequent complaints we receive from Club La Costa members is that they can't get any availability at CLC Resorts, and unless they paid to join, they wouldn't be able to return. This led thousands of victims to sign up for finance agreements in excess of £20,000 and commit to yearly maintenance fees for years to come. What members were told couldn't be any further from the truth.

It is obvious that Club La Costa has pocketed members' joining fees, continues to take maintenance fees, does not provide the services that consumers were sold, and profits from direct bookings through the new website.
