It has been bought to our attention by a number of our clients that certain timeshare companies are still fraudulently taking upfront fees for Club La Costa Claims.
As recently as yesterday, a Club La Costa Fractional member was told they needed to pay £9000 in upfront fees to claim back their money. This is fraud. Due to the recent high court ruling on the 5th of May, Club La Costa members that took out finance agreements, can claim back their money through us, without the payment of any upfront fees.
Don't fall for the Club La Costa Compensation Scam
Despite what you may think of the authenticity of the company you are dealing with, we can guarantee you that you have been misinformed and fallen into an expensive trap that will result in you losing money and not getting any compensation.
Making a regulated finance claim in Spain is impossible. The companies that are taking the upfront fees know this. Claiming compensation from a company that has closed down is also impossible. As such, paying upfront fees for a Club La Costa claim in Spain is futile and your fees just line the pockets of the people that are pretending to help.

How to 'REALLY' get your money back
Making a no upfront fee regulated claim for your mis-sold Club La Costa Fractional membership, couldn't be easier. If you took out finance with Barclays Partner Finance, Shawbrook Bank or Hitachi(Novuna), get in touch. The below articles will help you make the right choice.
