Did you contact, were referred to or approached by a company or organisation that 'guaranteed' your timeshare claim would be successful? If so, it is a scam.
The modus operandi of these companies is to try to convince you over a long-winded 'timeshare presentation' Zoom call that you are guaranteed to win your claim, leading you to believe that paying an upfront fee is the best route to take. This scam is also known as 'bait and switch'.
These companies and employees use sales methods that guarantee huge timeshare compensation payouts, refunds of upfront fees, and high-pressure tactics that don't give you time to think.

If you haven't dealt with an FCA regulated ' No Win No Fee' claims company, like ours, it is more than likely that you have been given the wrong information, which will lead to you not receiving any compensation and your outstanding finance not being written off.
When making a timeshare claim, the only companies you can trust to give you the best and honest advice are those that only take their fees once you have received the compensation back in your bank.
Fully regulated companies like ours make their money from winning claims and, as such, will always be honest about your chances of success.

At this point in time, the only timeshare owners who are receiving compensation are the below. These clients have been awarded their money without paying us a penny in upfront fees.

The only way to ensure your best chance of success is by making a claim through the finance company that funded your timeshare purchase. This is also the only way to cancel your outstanding finance. If you took out a loan with any of the below Banks, we can help.
- Barclays Partner Finance
- Shawbrook Bank
- Hitachi Personal Finance (Novuna)
- Honeycomb Finance
- First Holiday Finance
- Vaction Finance Limited
